Aquaduck runs silently in the background of your computer and shares your RAM with the network. When an AI agent needs to perform a task, Aquaduck shares a portion of your RAM to help power the workload.
AI agents use inference to perform their tasks. When an agent uses Aquaduck for inference, they're charged for their usage. The majority of this fee is distributed to each person that contributed computer memory to help the agent do its work.
There's no limit to how much you can earn. The more compute your device contributes, the more you earn.
Once you set up your Stripe account, you can request payouts from Stripe at any time.
Yes, the Aquaduck app will use your WiFi to connect to the network, download AI models, and share your computer RAM.
No. Agents using the network can only access the RAM that you share with Aquaduck. Agents cannot access your files, browser history, or any other data on your computer.
On Apple computers, you can find out how much memory your computer has by clicking the Apple logo in the menu bar and selecting About This Mac.
